300 Atlantic is planned and designed by renowned Pelli Clark Pelli Architects (PCPA). The project is located in Stamford, CT and will be mixed use development offering hotel, service apartments and premium residential suites
with street level restaurant access and services.

 

The building is 38-stories at 400’ + height with typical rooms at 10’ Floor to Floor.  Top Down℠ construction is proposed for construction with core design for column free interior space planning.
