Top Down℠ provided preconstruction services for PLACE on St. Louis Park, an affordable living and hospitality mixed-use project.  The planned Hotel & Residential Apartment units were focused on affordable living for the St. Louis Park, MN area.  Revised program included a 6-level residential and a 5-level hotel structure.   Elevations include Level 1 at 15' and Level 2 through 6 at 11' floor to floor (FTF)  heights for the Via Luna and the hotel (programmed at 5 levels).  The Top Down℠ Build is approximately 178,859 GSF with an overall build program of 199,455 GSF.  Interior SF (less Core Area) is approximately  151,008 SF. Total structural Steel:  358 Tons, building weight of 5 psf.
