A development by Procura, planned and designed by renowned Pelli Clark Pelli Architects (PCPA) of New York, Time Square will be located on a site adjacent to Century Park LRT Station. The multi-phase development will offer premium residential suites in three towers and street-level retail.

Project consists of 3 towers, 11-story, 20-story and 22-story – the three structures will be constructed using the Top Down℠ building system.  53 typical floors will encompass 424,137 GSF.
